Often their allergy status is unknown. It is difficult to achieve symptom control without knowing what a patient is allergic to.

In my clinics, I take a full history and conduct a thorough examination including flexible nasal endoscopy. I then order a special allergy test which covers the following airborne allergens:
  • Total circulating allergy antibody levels
  • House dust mite
  • 6 tree pollens
  • 5 grass pollens
  • 5 internal and external moulds
  • Cat and dog dander
In addition, we can test for other furry animals such as horse, guinea pig, hamster, gerbil and rabbit. We can also test for all the major food categories.
